Over the last three years I’ve been fortunate to step into national and state-based roles in injury management, training, and safety. I’ve worked with insurers across different workers’ compensation systems, rolled out national training, and supported safety culture across NSW and QLD. These experiences have been rewarding, but what I’ve missed most is leading operations and building my own team which is why I’m looking to move back into an operations leadership role.
Implemented and monitored the Safety Strategy, embedding safety into daily operations across multiple brands and states. Partnered with operational leaders to drive a proactive safety culture, reducing workplace injuries through incident investigations, hazard identification. Supported compliance with WHS legislation and regulatory requirements, including notifiable incidents, serious occurrences, and self-insurance audits. Delivered site inspections, safety training, ensuring hazards were identified and controlled. Developed safety alerts, risk assessments, and work instructions to strengthen team safety practices. Coached and onboarded leaders at state and area levels, enhancing safety capability across the business. Drove wellbeing initiatives to support both physical and mental health of team members, while using data insights to identify emerging risks and implement continuous improvement.
