I fell into recruitment over 10 years ago through a part-time admin role, and what started as “just a job” quickly became something much more meaningful. I found I genuinely enjoy connecting with people, understanding what drives them, and helping them move closer to a career that fits.
For the past 5+ years, I’ve specialised in IT recruitment with a focus on Cyber Security and Data, building a strong network across QLD (20,000+ professionals and growing). I work across contract, perm, and project roles - recruiting everyone from hands-on technical experts to senior strategic advisors. I’m known for picking up on the less obvious stuff - patterns, gaps, and potential others might miss.
I bring significant high-volume IT recruitment and project management experience, great stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns while maintaining new, and existing candidate and client experiences. I’m proficient with MS Office, CRMs, and Applicant Tracking Systems, and have the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
As someone who’s proudly Neurodivergent (Neuro-spicy 🌶️), I bring a different perspective to how I listen, question, and problem-solve. I don’t do surface-level. I care about real outcomes - for both candidates and clients - and am able to adapt my approach based on what actually works for the humans involved, not just ticking boxes.
Right now, I’m looking to step out of agency recruitment and move into an internal talent acquisition role where I can embed myself within one organisation, work more closely with internal teams, and contribute to long-term business growth. I’m ready to shift from being a partner to the business, to becoming part of the business.
