  • Reporting into the Executive General Manager, People & Culture, I was responsible for leading the core functional areas of Human Resources for the Australian business

  • Leading the day to day operational Human Resources for the Australian business of 480 employees across multiple business units, supported by a HR Coordinator

  • Manage and oversee the HR budget and ensure remuneration, benefits and people compensation are cost effective and aligned to budget and market
