Summary

I am a passionate advocate for supporting those most vulnerable in our communities. With a strong commitment to serving others, I strive to make a difference in the lives of individuals and the well-being of the communities I am part of.

I believe that community services hold power to create a positive impact and bring about meaningful change and that lasting change can only be achieved through collective efforts.

By engaging with diverse perspectives, listening attentively, and fostering inclusive spaces, I aim to unite individuals and organizations towards a common goal.

In my current position as Coordinator of an after-school care service, I have gained invaluable experience in addressing a wide range of community needs. This role has allowed me to effectively educate, nurture, and support the children and families under my care, while also serving as a mentor and educator for my team.

I derive great satisfaction from inspiring others to strive for their best and achieve their goals. However, the ultimate reward lies in witnessing the children I have cared for return as adults, working with me in the pursuit of their careers in the teaching or care industries.

With many years’ experience, I have had the privilege of mentoring and guiding aspiring professionals in the community services field. This experience has equipped me with strong leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential and create a better world.

I am committed to helping others grow both personally and professionally, empowering them to become compassionate and effective community service leaders.
