Listening to music and playing sports are two hobbies I really enjoy .With music, when I'm studying or I'm alone, I often turn on the music so it can give me motivation and help me feel less stressed, empty and sad as well as bored in studying or when alone. As for sports, I often play sports to help me have good health and when I play sports I also feel very comfortable. After tiring hours of work and study, the above two ways are what help me relax and avoid the most pressure.
