• Overseeing building works, maintenance and leasing arrangements for 90 retail stores both in Australia and NZ
• Project Management: Coordination of seamless end to end deliveries for all new store builds and refurbishments. Delving into every facet of the project with a dogged approach from design concepts, the tendering process, engagement of contractors, management and overseeing of construction progress, site visits and handover at project completion.
• Tender Management: Manage and negotiate the tender process including reviewing all tender submissions, ensuring submissions address all facets of the design detail, and conversely adhere to all mandatory Government & OHS guidelines. Preparation of submissions for Board approval.
• Procurement: Overseeing the procurement of crucial design elements. Ongoing reviews of supply chains ensuring cost effectiveness between local and oversees suppliers.
• Collaboration: Working with designers and collectively coming up with design concepts that achieve the best possible outcomes with regard to utilising the space, is aesthetically appealing, and functionally works.
• Management and coordination of all maintenance works required within stores. Liaising with Contractors and Leasing Executives to manage the required works in accordance with lease agreements.
• Negotiate with and report to The Executive with construction progresses and leasing reviews.
• Leasing Management: Review of leasing arrangements for all stores, negotiating rental reviews and Lease agreements in partnership with Company Secretariat.
• Cultivating strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure long-term success and loyalty.

• I operated a boutique style Project Management Company, where I was personally engaged by both commercial and retail clients to look after new and refurbished builds, providing an end to end service for clients.
• Implemented unique design concepts, liaising extensively with Designers and Architects, and providing an in-depth understanding of interpreting design concepts within practical fit out scenarios.
• Review and hire of Contractors and resources. Management of contracts and progress payments for all Contractors and Trades.
