- Identified defined and mitigated the financial, operational and reputation risks associated with the ongoing management of the business, including services provided by partners and/or other third parties
- ACHIEVEMENTS: Implemented a revised operating model & team structure, generating a 49% FTE reduction
- Migrated & outsourced call centre capability delivering significant operational cost savings
