  • Major Achievements: Transition of Council services and staff into the new building; Management and resolution of teething problems through the defect liability period. Establishment of ongoing operations and maintenance contracts.

  • The key mitigation to budget threats was the successful ECI.
  • Preparation and presentation of multiple reports into Council Chambers all of which were adopted
  • Establishment of a modern workplace strategy for the design and operation of the Council offices.
