Throughout my 33-year career in public and independent schools, including single-sex and co-educational settings, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to educational excellence and the holistic development of students. My experience in leading and supporting staff formation has equipped me with the necessary skills to inspire and guide educators in their professional growth. I am dedicated to creating a collaborative and innovative learning environment that reflects best practice pedagogy and supports the diverse needs of all learners. Additionally, my entire teaching career and in particulary the four years at the Association of Independent Schools NSW and my current role at Ravenswood School for Girls have provided me with the skills, capabilities, and knowledge to assist schools to improve the level of teaching in their schools.
