• Assist guests by directing them to correct entry point to ensure minimum wait times are met.
• Maintain up to date product knowledge and available ticketing options in order to up sell & value add to maximise revenue opportunity in order to facilitate close of sale.
• Organising and assisting large volumes of tour groups or schools with over 400 attendees, to ensure their ticketing and entry into the park runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Scan guest tickets ensuring all tickets are valid and follow correct process should guest produce invalid ticket
• Complete all relevant paperwork to maintain correct record keeping processes.
• Report any issues that may affect Admissions operations.
• Provide basic fur and skincare treatments for clients, along with quality grooming services to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grooming area and equipment at all times.
• Work in a fast paced environment working to strict time schedules.
• Prioritise animal safety and comfort at all times. Handle difficult pets in a calm and professional manner.
• Make customers and pets welcome when discussing types of styles required for their pet.
• Trimming pet’s nails, brushing their teeth and cleaning their ears.
