Again completing another project with Primero I joined the next project at the new PLS Lytium plant construction Part 1 & Part 2.
Entering into a project halfway completed I took role as scaffolding leadinghand and step up supervisor as there was already a supervisor on project (Back to back).
This role was nothing new just a new client and new crews but work as per usual.
Stayed on this project till project completion which was on 18th of July 2024.
Duties: Basically all the same as the previous project and to a high standard to meet all the clients and company goals for the project

Finishing at the strandline project I joined the crew at the Covelant Lytium project and continued my work for Primero Construction.
Due to unforseen reasons I was stepped up into basically the fulltime role as the scaffolding supervisor and looking after all scaffolding requirements for the project.
This role was a bit more indepth but I felt I carried out the role without any hesitation and with all the knowledge and experience I have I feel that I went above and beyond in meeting all requirements asked of me.

Moving into the gas industry I joined the team at the Wheatstone Gas Plant project based in Onslow, WA.
A week into joining the team I was elevated to the position of Leading hand 7 plus, here I was put in charge of the running of crews varying from 3 to 18 members.
Main focus for myself on this project was to keep the crew on point in regards to safety and to keep the time frames with project time lines.

With my supervisory experience with A&R Scaffolding I was able to bring my skills and knowledge across to Pilbara Access.
I began with a 10:1 (Supervisor) position on ongoing shuts throughout the Pilbara region.
I was inducted and worked on BHP Yandi site and also Rio Tinto Camp Lambert and Rio Tinto Dampier.
From there I was offered a position to head inland and I have successfully completed major construction jobs for clients at the main port.
And the restructuring of the Dampier wharf.
