Yi-Kai Chang

25 years old graduated from Queensland Academy for Science Math and Technology. Studied Bachelor of engineering and Bachelor of Aviation for tertiary education. Therefore, having excellent computer skills and familiar with multiple software relative to the job including the Microsoft office. During the onsite training, real estate agent booking system such as REI master will also be learnt. Previous job includes retail, transport, and customer service. Those past working experience will help me build up a strong work ethic and work responsibility. I would classify myself as a hard worker and a fast thinker, this will make me able to complete the assigned jobs in a suitable manner and would also be able to react and adapt to upcoming situations. Other expertise of me for this role is my good communication skills. As we all know, property management is a people’s business. Having a good communication skill allows me to successfully accomplish the tasks. Not only because that I am good with people relation, the bilingual background that I have will also improve the communication progress. Apart from the advantages of the communication skills, my growth progress will also help me to achieve the work expertise. I have already spent nearly 20 years living in the South Brisbane area. This makes me really familiar with the local area and have built up a strong industrial connection in multiple different industries that may be beneficial for the job.
