- I have been immersed in the world of craft beer since 2020. I first joined a craft beer restaurant called Yona Yona Beer Works, which produces the popular Yona Yona Ale in Japan, as just serving staff. During my one year as an assistant manager, I was promoting the attractiveness of our restaurant and craft beer.
- Two and a half years later, although I briefly jumped to the construction industry, I came back to the beer world and decided to dedicate my life to craft beer. I have spent time at the Harvestmoon Brewery and at the hop farm of Hop Products Australia, which is the largest hop production company in Australia.
- In the future, my goals and aspirations are I really want to contribute to the craft beer industry in Japan by sharing my beer with foreigners, such as through tours, not just with Japanese people. Through my experience abroad in Australia, I am proud of being Japanese and want to help the Japanese economy while promoting Japan’s attractiveness more and more by a craft beer.
