I am a Brighton Grammar graduate from the class of 2023 with an ATAR of 99.90 on a Chancellor's Scholarship, looking to secure a role as a mentee in the FMAA community. I believe that it is crucial to have the balance between experience, leadership and work-ethic and work experience to succeed and absorb the knowledge required to excel in this field, where I have demonstrated professionality and proficiency in working with other students by perceiving needs and supporting various functions. Extensive mentoring and tutoring experience, as well as being competitive Sales team member with successful background in sales, offering exceptional strengths in communication and commitment.

• Hard working - Showcased through consistent high performance in Academics and Sport, such as entrance into the Melbourne Chancellor's Scholarship, Kwong Lee Dow Scholars Program at the University of Melbourne, as well as experience in the St. Kilda Next Generation Academy as a footballer.
• Leadership Skills - Showcased through leadership appointments, such as prefectship at Brighton Grammar School, and mentoring programs in the academic field at school, tutoring as well as sales. (e.g. Founding a mathematics club for junior students, outdoor education leadership programs, junior school mentoring program)
• Lifestyle balance - Showcased through excellence in both the academic and sporting field, signified by consistent results at the top of the year level (top 5%) in each of the last 5 years at Brighton Grammar, and high achievements in all of my VCE 3/4 subjects, strong contributions as a member of the First XVIII football squad who who have been successful over the past 3 years and the APS finals night aquatics team. During this time, I have also worked casually as both a swim instructor and lifeguard at the Danny Frawley Centre.
• Hungry for improvement - Showcased through consistent acts of desiring personal feedback, and punctuality for training sessions, shifts and working periods. Furthermore, I am confident that my forward thinking and proactive attitudes in every environment I walk into highlight the desire to improve my skills and understandings.
• Excellent communication skills - Showcased through leadership programs such as mentoring year 3 and year 5 students at school, as well cultivated communication skills nurtured over a course of more than a decade of being in a sporting environment, from football, swimming, athletics, as well as my prior workplace experience at the Danny Frawley Centre, Belgravia leisure and E-commerce. I am also a fluent speaker in Japanese, due to my Japanese background. Also highlighted through tutoring experience, where communication is required with parents and tutees.

• Melbourne Chancellor's Scholar, where I was recognised for high achievement in VCE, achieving a 99.90 ATAR.
• Prefectship as the Academic Prefect at Brighton Grammar School, where I have founded a mathematics club, and programs to ensure that student participation and worth ethic is maximised. The leadership role is a sign of recognition from both peers and teachers must have been showcased, in leadership and self-management, as well as the ability to create a positive learning environment for other students. Furthermore, the 4 school values of respect, integrity, accountability and passion must have been showcased to a high standard.
• Noel Thomas Memorial Prize endowed in memory of Noel Sinclair Thomas (Old Brighton Grammar 1933) awarded for excellent academic achievement, co-curricular contributions, leadership of self and others, community service and embodiment of the ethos and values of Brighton Grammar School
• Rank 1 in 3 of 6 subjects at Brighton Grammar, as well as 5 consecutive years as performing in the top 5% of the year level. Not only does excellent academic results need to be produced, respectful relationships with peers, as well as completion and compliance of teacher-set activities must be showcased at a high standard to achieve these awards. (The R.W. Tovell Memorial Prize for Mathematical Methods, Economics Prize, Japanese Prize)
• Gaining Entrance into Kwong Lee Dow Young Scholars Program. To gain entrance into this program, academic excellence, co-curricular involvement, community engagement among others must have been achieved.
• Entry in the St. Kilda Next Generation Academy in Australian Football. Excellent footballing ability, as well as drive, passion and will must have been showcased in order to be invited into the program which invites only around half a dozen individuals every year.
• Achieved Academic Scholarship to Brighton Grammar School. Academic excellence was required to achieve this award in basic subjects, such as mathematics and English, yet also in problem solving and abstract questions, all under time pressure.

• Chess and mental arithmetic games - These games allow me to 'stay sharp' and hone my critical thinking and concentration for longer periods of time.
• Watching Sports - Watching other sports allows me to further understand different cultures and ideas that can be implemented in the environments I am involved in.
• Marketing and Cryptocurrencies - I have multiple investments that better my understanding of the financial world and life beyond school, with current education and investment into e-commerce ventures.
