I prepared and set up welding equipment for welding tasks, demonstrating proficiency in TIG, Stick, and Flux Core Welding techniques. Skilled in performing boiler repairs, super-heater repairs, main steam, header replacements, replacement/repair of economiser bends, walkways and gantries within BS EN ISO 9606-1 and ASME IX standards. I performed MIG welding, fabrication and assembly tasks on curtain side trailers, including fitting components such as hydraulic rams, electronic weighing systems and spring-loaded doors. Welding activities also extend to creating new tipper trailers and tipper chassis. As part of the fabrication, it was common to use abrasive wheels tools, air drills/ratchet/ impact wrench, use of overhead gantry cranes and band saw. Additionally, I was involved in minor painting tasks for trailer door panels.
