Make sure everything was ready before the cleaners started work ie: clean rags, mop heads, linen stocked up on the shelves. Chemicals were stocked up and all other products were all filled up ready for the day.
Keep pushing the dirty linen through the machines and folding it as it comes out also putting flat sheets through the ironer. Soak any stained linen.
Writing down orders for chemicals and products that were needed each week for management to order.
Make sure cleaners were delegated the rooms to clean for the day and have the correct keys for each room.
Check that the guests had vacated the rooms by 10am.
Make sure rooms were cleaned in good time and do room checks when rooms had been cleaned.
