I have been a dedicated customer service professional for the past 19 years. During this time, I have carried out front of house duties serving customers face to face and tailoring their experience with in-depth product knowledge. I have also been a point of contact for large scale inventory requests dealing with clients such as Stanwell, Hastings Deering and Ensham Resources. I am proficient in several point of sales platforms such as Dynamics NetSuite, Zendesk and Machship while supporting in the various warehouses.

In resent years I have moved my knowledge and customer service skill set into a warehouse team member roll, to developed my skills in this area including obtaining a Queensland licence to operation a forklift.
