  • The Be Floored Operations department has been built from just myself, one Site Supervisor and a truck, to now 8 full time staff members.
  • Our team covers all aspects of Project Management from international and local procurement, warehousing and logistics to site coordination and the execution of our contracted scope.
  • I have implemented varying business processes that can now be duplicated and delegated throughout my team creating consistency across the business.
