Summary

Experienced Manager – Warehouse / Logistics / Customer Service. I am an organiser who puts systems and procedures in place to simplify the work day. Always looking for better more efficient ways to do things that are done repeatedly or are cumbersome and time consuming making me the go to person when someone is looking for solutions and new strategies and outcomes. My initiative in this area over the years has gained me some awards for the problem solving I have done benefiting myself and the business in better time management and more streamline procedures with these also aiding in keeping budgets under control. I have worked for a variety of large companies over the years. Being a fast learner has allowed me to progress quickly within those companies, learning about the business as I go. This gives me an insight into the business structure and why things are done for the desired end results and overall satisfaction. Coaching staff and encouraging them with clear goals and targets to work towards is immensely satisfying and rewarding. Why is a question that I use as a tool to ensure everyone understands their tasks and what the end goal is so that process can be improved for the desired outcomes and everyone is working towards a common goal.
