Although I thoroughly enjoy my current position, I have decided to change my career to the Support Worker/Carer roll. I have always been a friendly, outgoing, caring and compassionate person. Having worked in a Customer Service roll over the last 7 years has shown me that I really love the interaction with our customers, (of which a large demographic are elderly) helping them and listening to their life stories. Sometimes we are their only interaction for that week It gives me great satisfaction in knowing they have left the store with a smile on their faces knowing that we truly care about their wellbeing, they are not just a customer.
