During my time at Little Taddies I have witnessed and been a part of the centres development for a bigger and brighter future. I have adapted and changed programs to suit the needs of the ever changing curriculum, the needs of the children and the requirements of the centre philosophy. I have experienced working in all age groups and my last two years at the service were based as Room leader for the 0-2 years room. The last 2 years at the service I was also promoted to Educational Leader. The skills I have acquired are as follows:

• Provided educational and developmental activities for children aged 0-5 years old in accordance with curriculum standards.
• Organized and implemented age appropriate activities to stimulate physical, emotional, social, intellectual development of the children.
• Assisted in developing and implementing daily routines such as snack time, outdoor playtime, nap time.
• Maintained a safe environment for all children under care by adhering to safety regulations.
• Participated in team meetings to discuss progress of each child's development and plan future goals for them.
• Supported parents by providing information about their child's growth, nutrition requirements.
• Ensured proper hygiene practices among the children including hand washing before meals.
• Provided guidance and support when required for special needs children enrolled in the service.
• Organized and led activities to promote physical, mental and social development..
