Hi, My name is Kerry O'Breza. I have recently been working as a Diploma Qualified Educator for a small community based childcare centre for the previous six years. My experience has extended from learning the basics to becoming an Educational leader, room leader and 2IC in those short 6 years. I am a highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges with a strong work ethic, adaptability and exceptional interpersonal skills. My abilities include adapting to working effectively unsupervised, in a team environment and quickly mastering new skills. During my time at Little Taddies I have witnessed and been a part of the centres development for a bigger and brighter future. I have adapted and changed programs to suit the needs of the ever changing curriculum, the needs of the children and the requirements of the centre philosophy. I have experienced working in all age groups and my last two years at the service were based as Room leader for the 0-2 years room.
