I work in maintenance division of Survey department in Brisbane location and my responsibilities include includes technical support to Leica customer, maintain healthy relationships with customers and make strategies for smooth maintenance operations

Hibex India Pvt Limited is a Singapore based company deals in Tools for fastening applications and Machineries related PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and PCBA(Printed Circuit Board Assembly) having its own manufacturing facilities at Singapore and Malaysia.
I was taking care of whole North Region Sales and Service
Responsibilities:-
I handled a team of 4 members including two service engineers in Delhi office.
· Prepare budget for the full year and work accordingly to achieve the budget.
· Making Sales calls to customers to generate new customers and maintain relationship with the the existing customers for regular orders from the customers.
· Visiting customers regularly and make presentations to the customer for our company and company products.
· Understand customer requirement and work on it and send them quotations for the desired models.
· Provide after sales support to the customers.
· Work independently since generation of the enquiry till successful result.

SCB Interconnection Solutions Pvt Ltd deals in PCB and PCBA industry. represents different principles ( over 10 ) from different countries like ORBOTECH, Israel (for PCB & EMS industries) and Polar Instruments Singapore for test equipments for PCB, Nova Star, USA for Hot Air Reflow etc…
Responsibilities:
I was responsible for handling sales in North zone for these principles for products like AOIs, CAM Software Genesis 2000, Impedance calculation software's, Test equipments for PCB, raw material for PCB and PCBA and so many other products
