I work in maintenance division of Survey department in Brisbane location and my responsibilities include includes technical support to Leica customer, maintain healthy relationships with customers and make strategies for smooth maintenance operations

1. Taking care of running contract and its Financial and technical aspects

2. Taking care of whole service center operation in Brisbane

3. Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.

4. take care of paperwork, recognizing discrepancies and promptly addressing for resolution.

5. taking care of PDI/Quality department, and making strategies for effective PDI and bulk PDI for big orders

  • prepared our service lab including branches service labs for the audit as per Leica standards and got 4 years of service service authorization
  • Target Big Customers like Dilip Buildcom and Adithya Enterprises, NHO for selling them CCP/AMCs
  • Prepared admin team to approach customers with instruments whose warranty is going to be expired, to buy AMC/CCP
  • reduced spare inventory in service lab. identified spares which were going to be phased out, immediately taken approval from Leica for the credit note and sent these spares to Leica, Heerbrug.
  • Display of accessories in the customer waiting room
  • took approval from our management for the service camp and we are going to arrange service camp whose purpose would be to make customers aware of our product, importance of getting service done from authorized service centre which ultimately increase service revenue

I handled a team of 4 members including two service engineers in Delhi office.

· Visiting customers regularly and make presentations to the customer for our company and company products.

· Understand customer requirement and work on it and send them quotations for the desired models.

· In this short span of time I introduced my companies products to over 40 new companies.

· I added 17 new customers in existing customer list.

SCB Interconnection Solutions Pvt Ltd deals in PCB and PCBA industry. represents different principles ( over 10 ) from different countries like ORBOTECH, Israel (for PCB & EMS industries) and Polar Instruments Singapore for test equipments for PCB, Nova Star, USA for Hot Air Reflow etc…

Responsibilities:

I was responsible for handling sales in North zone for these principles for products like AOIs, CAM Software Genesis 2000, Impedance calculation software's, Test equipments for PCB, raw material for PCB and PCBA and so many other products

· Arranging demos for our machinery at customer end

· Sending quotations to the customers and do regular follow-up
