Moved to Perth 2008 to follow friends and family.
Currently a young at heart 58 year old with one son, 33 living in Perth, married with 2 children.
I remarried and also have a 4 year old daughter who is just a joy to have around.
I have covered almost all aspects of the trade over this time.
Residential, commercial, major banks, petrol stations, major food chains, schools, heritage work, just to name a few.
I was lucky enough during my apprenticeship and early years to learn so much about the trade, there were others that did the same thing everyday.
Quite capable of working alone and in a team.
Very punctual and have good work ethic.

General maintenance throughout Perth, CBD and suburbs, commercial projects and residential. Ceiling repairs after storms, stain blocking, Gyprock repairs and flushing. Door replacements, small render repairs and texture blending, Wallpapering, solo and with a team on larger fitouts etc.
Maintenance, including some carpentry. Small Heritage listed maintenance and projects. General upkeep of accommodation and outer island amenities. FIFO every day via Hillarys Boat Harbour.
Subcontractor to two seperate teams painting new homes, one in the south east corridor and one north west.
Commercial/Residential fitouts and insurance work.
