Kevin Liddicoat

Gympie,QLD

Summary

Hardworking, loyal and passionate employee with strong attention to detail and heavily sought after input in the day-to-day running of the plant across multiple departments.

Born and bred in Gympie, a family man along side wife of 11 years Michelle and our children, Sophie (9), Ava (6) and Joshua (20).

I have my own transport, modern 4x4 with an open class LR licence.

My experiences in managing teams is vast. While not being directly in charge of a crew for several years now, my knowledge of our systems and processes, coupled with a very new team leader structure, makes me the "go-to" person for the majority of issues and questions.

With the current leadership team structure not functioning as well as it should, the operations teams and engineering groups have relied on me to be major point of contact between the two. This has presented challenges and abundant learning and growing opportunities for me as a "middle manger".

My initial background is in cabinetmaking. This is my first love and will always have a special place in my heart. I have enjoyed my 20+ year career with Nestle and could stay with this until retirement, but creatively, there is no result. I have always loved to create a quality finished product - to start with the design, the consult, the build, the detail in the finish and ultimately the customer satisfaction... it's just not something that you get from making a generic product like instant coffee.
