• Operate and monitor several sections of plant including - green bean tipping, roasting, extraction, evaporation and spray drying.
• Volunteered for additional assignments during peak work periods to keep tasks on schedule. This included a 6 month off-shift assignment to update & prepare work instructions.
• Performed shift work throughout this timeframe. 12hr shift, including day and night shifts.
