• Running a very successful building and maintenance company for 12 years carrying out projects and maintenance at large commercial facilities including City of South Perth, Town of Victoria Park, Transperth and Department of Education.
• Managing a team of employees and trade contractors on multiple sites throughout Perth.
• Quoting, invoicing, budgeting and coordinating works, along with all administrative tasks associated with running a successful Company.

• Carried out the routine inspection of Main Roads WA assets within a term network contract.
• Identified faults and maintenance issues with road pavement, signage, line marking, graffiti, drainage, vegetation, and associated infrastructure.
• Reported on Maintenance issues and issued work orders for repairs to be carried out.
• Supervised projects and maintenance work within the network, and conducted quality and safety audits prior to handing the completed project over to the client.
