· Managing the duty manager and lifeguard team to provide exceptional supervision and safety in a multi pool aquatic centre.

· Maintaining Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre a 5 star facility in the royal lifesaving 2023/2024 aquatic facility safety assessment.

· Oversee all pool and facility maintenance.

· Maintaining pool quality as per the Royal Lifesaving guidelines for Safe Pool Operations.

· Development of rosters that follow the facility supervision deployment plan to ensure adequate supervision.

· Responsible for hiring and training both duty managers and lifeguards.

· Maintain pool chemistry in all pools and spas by following required maintenance schedules.

· Complete day to day task to sure facility is always clean, tidy and safe for patrons or members.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

· Troubleshoot mechanical issues on a range of specialty areas including hydraulics, machining, gearboxes, and pumps.

· Ability to program and follow tolerances in specific parts.
