- Worked closely with the personnel team to learn the ins and outs of job tasks and objectives.
- I welcome and help pre-registered attendees locate the badge on self-print machines, direct people needing to register to the onsite registration booth, hand out printed programs, and help answer basic FAQs and directions to common areas (bathrooms, large event rooms, etc.).
- Helped coordinate operations with good administrative and problem-solving abilities.
- Established schedules and program plans to provide services to the local community.
- Organized and maintained records of volunteer hours and donations.
- Assisted staff in the daily operations of the organization.
