Projects

  • Led end-to-end Salesforce implementation for a Darwin based Non-For-Profit, from requirement gathering to ongoing support. Collaborated with stakeholders to understand needs, designed tailored solutions, configured workflows, managed data migration, conducted staff training, and provided post-implementation support for optimized system performance.
  • Captured requirements for CBAP Projects on WhatsApp Pay and Canteen Ordering system and prepared various deliverables like As-is and Future Process Maps, context diagram, Stakeholder list, Activity Diagram, ER diagram, Business Requirement Documents and Wireframes Created Dashboard for annual report using Microsoft Excel.
  • Design and preparation of 3D models for the upcoming TCE building at Kolkata as a part of graduate training using Smart Instrumentation (SPI) for cable and conduit Schedule, instrument, and valve schedule; AutoCAD for control room design and locate instruments (flow, pressure, temperature, and level) in Mechanical Drawings; Autodesk Plant 3D to design and scale 3D instruments and further using it for rendering in Navisworks in collocation with Mechanical, Civil and Electrical departments. The team assisted TATA Consulting Engineers in-house design of upcoming building, avoiding thousands of dollars’ worth expenses of a design firm.
  • Consulting project for Rittal Systems Ltd, headquarter in Canada as a part of Capstone Subject of Business Consulting, MBA program. A detailed analysis report on the current branding and competitor analysis report was made using marketing analysis models, Qualitative marketing Research using Qualtrics, design thinking tools to explore company setbacks and lags and Consulting tool kits for recommended solution and client briefings. The team was awarded the best consulting reports for the year 2021, including both online and offline module at RMIT.
  • Australian market being more tilted towards brick-and-mortar models pre pandemic affected its market adversely during 2020 and 2021. As a collaborative effort, Independence grocery retails initiated using online delivery platforms for grocery and essentials. The project scope included Primary and Secondary Research, industry and competitor analysis, product position, SWOT analysis, perceptual mapping, customer mapping, app development, market and brand strategies and customer support. The group average sale June 2020 onwards is $10000 every fortnightly.
