Developing SMS Usage traffic BI Database System and BI Dashboard

• Developed and implemented Microsoft Power BI dashboards using SQL data sources and data semantic model to monitor SMS traffic metrics, including traffic rate, submitted rate, and fail rate, for clients such as Wave Money, KBZ, Yoma, and ecomreg.
• Monitored SMS usage through the dashboards by operator (MPT, ATOM, Ooredoo) and performed weekly/monthly calculations to generate detailed reports for concerned clients.
• Provided actionable business insights by preparing and delivering SMS traffic reports to top management, highlighting client-specific SMS performance by operator.

Developing Telecom Fuel and Expense Usage Dashboard

• Creation of an interactive data-driven dashboard and data model by developing DAX measure to track Telecom Expense and Fuel Usage, enabling comprehensive insights from telecom expenses and fuel usage data across regions, categories, and advanced usage by Township.
• Analyzed and Monitored Expense and Fuel Usage Dashboard and reporting and providing insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Developed BI dashboards for a telecom project to visualize financial reports related to expenses, utilizing DAX formulas for data manipulation and accurate reporting.
