This experience involved me working with my fathers company to expose myself to how the trading industry works. It started of with me having to maintain safety standards by using appropriate protective gear and adhering to best practices. i have enhanced operational performance by working with employees to develop and deploy process improvements like locating and repairing leaks on individual units and large systems in grocery stores or restaurants. I have used technical skills, tools, and techniques like soldering to install new air conditioning, heating and refrigeration systems according to manufacturer's specifications and local codes. I inspected cooling systems and identified potential problems. For instance, I assisted in maintenance, repair and installation of ventilation systems.

Whilst working with this company, I have enhanced warehouse efficiency by accurately packing and labelling products for shipment. It involved Increased order accuracy by meticulously following picking lists and double-checking packed items. I had to make sure I had a streamlined packing process with the implementation of a systematic approach to organizing and preparing shipments. Whilst working in these Warehouses, i had to Adapted quickly to new technologies introduced into the workplace, enhancing overall productivity levels.

Working with venues live helped provided me with the required training to execute great customer services and uptain professional conduct. This involved me working at the turnstile entries for the stadium whereby I provided help to the customers entering the stadium. I handled customer inquiries and handled concerns really quickly when customers needed help entering the stadium. I exhibited high energy and professionalism when dealing with the clients and help provide there needs as much as possible. I communicated with other staff members to attain feedback and fix identified issues to increase productivity and boost workflows. Hence allowing me to build and maintain positive relationships with the public by utilising great and successful customer service

Volunteering with human appeal helped build and support the backbone of my growth in developing myself to help support and give back to the community. It helped foster my unique trait of always wanting to help others and give back to those who where unfortunate. Working with human appeal involved. Assisting with special events and programs that help raise funds for charities and help those in need. It involved in me maintaining clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs. I have learnt to used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others. Hence, helping me in creating an engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning. I have also learnt to communicate with staff members to stay informed about volunteer opportunities and events.
