Burning CCTV footages and if necessary, attend the courts, provide statements requested by NSW Government officials
Monitoring, recording, generating reports, inputting information and reacting to signals and instruments related to electronic CCTV surveillance
Authorize contractors and other officials into the building
Responding to Radio communication & Multiple Phone Calls and assist with Queries, assistance and guidance to the security guards, government officials and clients
Responding to fire control panel, assess the guards in case of fire evacuation and manage incidents relating fire alarm
Liaising with clients, police, fire brigade and other government agencies
Organizing security guards to conduct patrols of premises to check fire stairs, report damages and maintenance issues to intercept loss
Dealing and resolving with critical incidents which may include theft, death, assault, anti-social behavior, suspicious activity, property damage, fire, flood etc
Working in order to execute the tasks for achieving the productive services by prioritizing the situations
Receive information of banned and wanted POIs from NSW Government agencies and take necessary precautions and actions
Recognizing a troublesome POI and controlling the situation before an incident occurs.
Enhanced security measures by implementing advanced surveillance systems and access controls.
Reduced risk of security breaches by conducting regular audits and updating protocols as needed.
