Summary

I expect to graduate from Deakin University in late 2024 with a degree in property and real estate and a minor in wealth management. I'm a motivated senior who enjoys interacting with others and forming new relationships. I speak English and Khmer with great working proficiency, and I speak Mandarin at an intermediate level. Despite this, I have been deeply interested in the real estate sector since high school because I wanted to help my parents, who are involved in property development. During my college and early university years, I worked on several real estate projects, which broadened my understanding of and passion for the field of property development and all of its components, including planning, financing, risk management, and site acquisition.
