As an Estimations and Procurement Supervisor at A&M Constructions, I oversee the cost estimation and procurement processes for residential construction and renovation projects. My primary responsibilities include:

• Project Cost Estimation: Accurately estimating material and labor costs for construction projects using advanced tools like PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and SPACCGASS. I work closely with architects and structural engineers to ensure that all cost assessments align with the project’s design and client requirements.
• Procurement Management: Managing the procurement of materials, negotiating with suppliers to secure high-quality resources at competitive prices, and ensuring timely delivery to avoid project delays. I ensure that all purchased materials comply with safety standards and project specifications.
• Client Collaboration: Engaging with clients to understand their specific project requirements, including sustainability goals, budget constraints, and aesthetic preferences. I translate these demands into actionable plans, ensuring that the final project meets the client's expectations.
• Sustainability Focus: Prioritizing the use of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly materials in line with client demands and modern construction standards.
• Project Coordination: Working alongside project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that project timelines are met, budgetary constraints are adhered to, and any engineering challenges are resolved efficiently.
