Skills Abilities

I have developed Excellent leadership and customer service skills working at Kmart and Coles. Both of these roles taught me how to work efficiently within a team environment and deliver a high level of customer service. I have developed high leadership skills through my role as a customer service supervisor at Coles where I have had to take on the responsibility of supervising junior employees while also maintaining the front end of the store.


I have experience in meeting weekly KPIs and targets and making sure all operations run smoothly during my supervisor shifts.

I am very capable of self-management and have developed great time management and organizational skills due to my experience as both a university student and part-time employee.
