· Production of QA / QC documentation. Checking Workmanship and Quality Control. Ensuring project specifications, drawings, national and international Standards and site instructions are adhered to.

· Upkeep and maintenance of site project documents such as master copies of project specifications, project schematics and drawings, red line and as built documents.

Preventative maintenance

· Attending site meetings, Site Inspection, and supervision of ongoing works.

· Communicating with supervisors and client Representatives to ensure satisfactory delivery of the Gas pumping station project.

· Production of the project ITP and ITRs

· Upkeep and maintenance of site project documents such as master copies of project specifications, project schematics and drawings, red line and as built documents.

· Participation in the production of the MDR

· Business correspondence with client representatives, suppliers, fellow contractors, construction, and commissioning teams

· Ensuring safety systems are adhered to especially regarding lockout & tagout

· Commissioning and monitoring proper operation of Collision Avoidance System and Vehicle Intervention Systems in Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr trucks and other mine mobile equipment for maintenance planning purposes. Carrying out routine maintenance on these systems

· Creating, editing, loading, downloading and updating configurations for CAS main units and scope screens.

· Programming CAN Bridge units and repairs to existing CAN circuitry and tracking radars

· Training the production trainers, maintenance trainers, operators, and maintenance personnel in CAS and VIS

· Liaising with all stakeholders: Business correspondents with suppliers, Consultants, contractors and senior management and mine management etc.

· Commissioning and handover of completed projects

· Purchasing and ensuring the availability of spares. Managing the company credit card and ensuring responsible use of such card and other company assets at my disposal.
