- Project manage complex repairs and ensure the best possible outcome for customers

- Undertake regular repair based campaigns promoting initiatives and produce materials and guidance to support this

- Effectively deliver an outstanding repairs service end to end ensuring positive outcomes for customers

- Investigate repairs where customers have had unsatisfactionary experience and follow up with relevant parties to resolve customers issues

- Liaise with Housing Officers, City Building and third party contractors to ensure the repair process is carried out in the smoothest possible way

- Effectively manage repairs to ensure a customer-centric approach

- Deliver continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and business performance

- Attend and participate in a team visual measure board meetings to achieve continuous improvement

- Be responsible for budget control and sound budget management

- Ensure effective communication with customers and partners

- Be a visible and familiar face within your community

- Provide customers with a full range of rehousing information and advice including property / area profiles, likely availability, mutual exchange advice, offer tenures, rent levels, income & expenditure assessment and all application support

- Deliver a comprehensive range of housing services including; Arrears management, Void and Letting, Anti-social behaviour, Asset management and Adaptations

- Ensure Compliance with professional, regulatory, statutory and corporate requirements

- Welcome customers and processing admission at reception, supervise bathers within the swimming pool, coach sports session and clean and prepare the venue for operation

- Administer first aid in the event of injury, rescues swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administer CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.

- Work in a manner that promotes teamwork and cooperation with all lifesaving resources, other emergency services, volunteers and the community.

- Display a constant professional and courteous manner at all times

- Quickly and effectively deal with nd problems that arise on shift

- General administration duties.

-Maintaining and checking internal databases and manual filling systems.

-Responding to internal and external stakeholders within a timely manner.

- Producing reports as required and presenting to the line manager.

- Assisting with a high volume of enquiries coming into the team via email and calls.
