    * Lighting-
    Here I took on a new task of developing the light bulb range of products and introducing a new OEM brand for both LED and Halogen light bulbs and broaden the range we carried. I designed a new layout for the range and forecasted container orders.
    * Batteries-
    I took the task to negotiate better deals and a new range of batteries with the battery suppliers and was able to cut the sku count and roll out a layout approach in all stores moving forward.
    * DIY-
    Here after a lot of research and negotiations with Far east suppliers where we chose the best products and developed a range of OEM DIY products to cater for all the essential lines and become a destination.
    * Cables-
    I developed a range of OEM cables based on my previous knowledge in the industry and created a very tight essential range of cables for sale in store.
    * One off deals-
    I also bought one off lines from local and Far east suppliers.
