- My job started as a trial/ back up position, after a couple months they offered me a full time position
- Completing all documentation relevant for export and importation of goods.
- Tracked orders and notified customers of status or potential delays.
- Monitored inbound and outbound freight operations to establish timely and correct delivery of packages.

- Handle any discrepancies with orders, whether it be from workers mislabeling or miscounting, right through to issues with transport
- Data Entry – entering all data relevant to our day, e.g
- Missed freight, containers loaded, cancelled orders
- Updating daily work sheets – prioritizing orders and stock checks so we can complete orders.
- Email/Call customers to notify of shortages, and working with them to come up with a solution
- Help palletize high priority orders
- Liaising with operation staff to ensure all orders are completed on time
- Covid testing – In charge of setting up our testing station at work
- Conducting covid testing on hundreds of workers daily
- Dealing with positive cases and giving all relevant information
- Helping to make covid claims payments
- Calling and texting to offer support and giving a heads up when they can return to work
