As an experienced educator with vibrant energy and motivation, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every aspect of my role. I have a strong foundation in communication and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with colleagues, students, parents and community members. I strive to create an environment where collaboration thrives and student success is paramount. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills as an exemplary classroom teacher, employing evidence-based teaching strategies to drive improvements in student outcomes across all areas of their education. My approach is not only focused on academic achievement, but also on nurturing the holistic development of each student, fostering their social and emotional growth alongside their academic progress. In my current role as Programme Coordinator Years 7 to 9, I take on a leadership position where strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of both primary and secondary education is essential. I work closely with the leadership team and the teaching and support staff to oversee the educational and operational aspects of the secondary school. Collaboration is at the heart of my work as I engage with stakeholders from all levels of the school community to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
