Acting DCRT

• Oversaw Linac 2 replacement and assist Radiation Therapy Project Officer
• Manage Radiation Therapy team including rostering of four day working week, working from home and load/FTE balancing across the network
• Waitlist management including facilitating and managing transfer of patients to Coffs Harbour
• PACAG member – conducted team survey to find out where the team felt culture could be improved. Created Port Macquarie PMES action table and contributed to area PMES action table
• Day to day running of Port Macquarie MNCCI including rostering, funding applications and recruitment

• Maintenance and management of project tasks. Communication with project stakeholders and support of staff engagement activities. Identification and registration of risks to project.
