During my tenure,

  • I reoriented the company's strategic vision and narrative;
  • Collaborated with the executive team to develop our 'Big Idea' for delivering and capturing more value;
  • Established a Long-Range Planning (LRP) process and budget model, including annual profit and loss forecasting;
  • Implemented a delegation of authority framework and established a risk management framework;
