I am a Registered Midwife and Registered Nurse with almost 20 years of diverse clinical experience across hospital, maternity, community and residential care settings. Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience in clinical practice, leadership, care coordination, clinical assessment, multidisciplinary collaboration, clinical governance and quality improvement. I bring a broad and adaptable clinical background, with experience working across both direct clinical care and leadership roles. My previous positions have strengthened my ability to assess complex situations, make sound clinical decisions, manage risk, coordinate care and work collaboratively with individuals, families, healthcare professionals and wider teams. I am recognised for my strong communication skills, professionalism, empathy, attention to detail and ability to remain adaptable in changing environments. I am committed to evidence-based practice, continuous learning and delivering safe, high-quality outcomes. Having recently completed my Graduate Diploma of Midwifery and commenced practice as a Registered Midwife, I continue to build on my existing clinical and leadership experience while broadening my professional knowledge and skills. I am open to opportunities where I can contribute my experience, continue to develop professionally and make a meaningful contribution to the organisation and the people it serves.
