As a Digital Transformation Consultant, I helped a healthcare license data solutions client expand their current projects by documenting the current and future states, creating comprehensive product features, and developing a product roadmap for 2024. I led team meetings to better understand the project and developed user stories for agile sprints while prioritizing them strategically. I worked with stakeholders, SMEs, and the development team to ensure seamless coordination with UX design research, provide clear direction on product features, and conduct process and application demos.

After a short while, I was tasked to work on a different project and changed my role to Product Owner. During this time, I was responsible for building the API integration plan for our product features, including documentation.
