Over a 30 year professional life, I've been involved teaching students from pre-school to adulthood; teaching is my vocation.
Having worked as an educator in Australia, England, France, America and China, I am used to adapting to new situations and have experienced a large variety of working environments and information systems.
Becoming a librarian 10 years ago was the perfect next step for me as promoting good books and a love of reading were highlights of my teaching practice. I advocate for all students being able to access literature that meets their needs.
