Kinley Dorji

I am a highly motivated and driven civil engineer with a strong passion for my work. Having worked in few engineering companies, I have gained some knowledge on structural design, drafting, cost estimation, monitoring construction works, and project documentation. Moreover, I also have a gist on using precision tools such as leveling and surveying instruments too. I have keen eye for detail and ensure that every project is meticulously planned and executed. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to learn and adapt to new situations. I am always open to feedback and suggestions, as I believe that continuous learning is essential for professional growth. I am constantly seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. Beyond my professional aspirations, I have a deep-rooted desire to serve the community and contribute to social causes. I believe in the long-term impact of making a positive difference in people's lives, and I am committed to using my skills and expertise to achieve this. • Appreciation award for serving as a project leader from 2018-2019 under the research topic 'Assessment on the existing Contractor Classification System in Bhutan and its Modifications' in collaboration with Construction Development Board.
