*To ensure all students receive the support they need to successfully access and participate in education and achieve as learners.

*Assisting with lesson delivery: LSAs can help prepare materials, demonstrate concepts, and support students during group activities.

• Providing individual or small group instruction: They may work with students who need extra support with specific subjects or learning areas.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback: LSAs can observe student engagement and performance, and report back to the teacher on any challenges or successes.

Supporting Students' Needs:

• Implementing individualized education programs (IEPs):They help ensure students are following their personalized learning plans.
• Supporting students' personal care needs: This may include assisting with toileting, feeding, and other hygiene needs.
• Promoting positive behaviour and social skills: LSAs can help students develop appropriate behaviours and social skills through positive reinforcement and guidance.
• Providing support for students with disabilities: This may include assisting with mobility, communication, and access to assistive technologies.

*Development Officers play an integral role in the face-to-face delivery of school programs and community activations, helping Netball NSW to grow our presence in schools and encourage the next generation of netballers.

*Program delivery includes but is not limited to; School clinics, Sporting Schools programs, school holiday clinics, community programs and activations.

*Delivery and planning of All Abilities Sessions both within schools and external Community events.
