• Initiate, develop, and implement variety of projects

As finance focal and business partner for Corporate, Environment Health and Safety, and Human Resource departments, I regularly liaised with their respective General Managers to analyse current budgets and forecast variances, identifying potential risks for upcoming forecasting seasons

• I identified and documented risks exceeding $2 million across multiple cost centres, presenting them thoroughly to the Chief Executive at BAA
• Furthermore, I led the revision of the budgets for the fiscal years 2024 and 2025
• Facilitated weekly Leadership meetings, month-end meetings and scheduled meeting rooms for higher-management
• Conducted weekly presentations featuring budget reviews, month-end assessments, and forecast analyses using PowerPoint and Excel to communicate crucial financial information formally and succinctly
• Demonstrated proficiency in resume screening by meticulously evaluating 200 resumes for two distinct roles: new interns and business partners
• Introduced standardised formatting for Basis of Estimate (BOE) file, establishing it as benchmark across departments
• Assisted in restructuring files for manufacturing and engineering cost centres to adhere to new standards.

Counselled up to 40 students individually and in group sessions to help promote personal and educational motivation
