• Developed interactive charts to illustrate the distribution of outlets in Nepal utilizing products from United Distributors Nepal (UDN), segmented by business units such as Britannia, Horlicks, Kellogg's, Mars, Pringles and P&G.
• Visualized monthly sales data with dynamic filtering methods, including product categories, regions and customer segments, using interactive charts like line, bar, and area charts for comprehensive analysis and insights.

2. Retail Ordering Sales Intelligence Application (ROSIA):

• Designed and implemented a systematic approach for catalog distribution, ensuring timely delivery to each sub-distributor.
• Managed inventory levels adeptly to meet catalog demands from sub-distributors efficiently.
• Provided comprehensive support to sub-distributors, ensuring proficient utilization of catalogs for sales and marketing objectives.

3. Logistics & Delivery:

• Implemented route optimization strategies for distribution from sub-distributors to multiple outlets, resulting in significant reductions in delivery time and transportation costs.
