-Team leader trained on CT Ward which involves managing and leading nursing team, allocation of staff, patient flow, managing deteriorating patients.

-Work with children aged 0-17 and families providing patient-centred higvh quality care.

-Strong advocate for patients by supporting and respecting basic rights, values, and beliefs.

-Delivers information regarding care and medications to patients and caregivers in comprehendible terminology.

-Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to implement and deliver the best care to patients and families.

-Attend and contribute to Ward meetings

-Attend and contribute to neurosurgical safety meetings to ensure the best available care is given to our Neurosurgical patients.

-Support new staff members including New Graduates, transitioning staff, ENs, and Undergraduates.
