Adams Heavy Haulage was a business started and operated by myself in 2010, I started if from the ground up, employing 8 staff members, this business supported many hire companies ensuring machinery was delivered to various building site, meeting all customer requirements.

This position seen me responsible for the complete operations of a multi million dollar organisation, including office staff, yard staff, mechanic and maintenance and truck drivers. Chairing weekly operation meeting, inspecting sites for upcoming events, and providing equipment and staff to facilitate these operations.

Overseeing the daily operations of a hire company. Monitoring and motivating staff members, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat patronage. Assisting in budgeting, and fleet management.

Managing a team of people in providing Road Service, ensuring KPIs were met and maintained. Investigation of complaints and incidents, and ensuring a suitable resolution for all parties. Interviewing and training new staff usually in a group setting. Report writing and recording of daily activities.
